The Google Nest smart speakers work similarly to Amazon's Echo speakers, with the exception of, you know, Google stuff, and are made to assist you in controlling the numerous smart gadgets and Google services in your life. While the Google Nests and the Google Home app that goes with it are a promising voice assistant, things don't always turn out as expected. Because of this, we've compiled a list of some of the Home speaker's most typical problems along with some advice to fix Google Nest not Working.
The original Google Home speaker is now outdated, and Google Home products have been rebranded as Nest. The hub used to operate all compatible smart devices, the Google Home app, is still functional.
This is a known problem with some Google Home units; it happens even when a user installs the device right next to a network or antenna. It's possible that the Home won't establish a secure connection to the network or that it won't be able to do so.
Try restarting the gadget. Launch the Google Home app on a connected device, then click Devices in the top-right corner to accomplish this. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner of the Home device, then choose Settings. Select More after that, then touch Reboot. If you think this will take too much time, unplug the Home device, wait about a minute, then plug it back in and reconnect it.
We advise contacting Google Support and inquiring whether there's anything wrong with the connection or router if restarting the Home a few times doesn't resolve the connection issue. Google may be able to help and provides excellent support alternatives for the Home.
