As we work on various profiles, we use different modes of communication, and many of us prefer Google Meet. Google Meet is an excellent way to communicate with people online. With Google Meet, we can join and conduct meetings with different people simultaneously from any part of the world. Moreover, Google Meet ensures that your meetings are secure and private from others. Even children and students utilize Google Meet for their online classes. However, sometimes we encounter issues where we are unable to join Google Meet. This is a common problem, which may arise due to hardware, software, or internet issues that affect the smooth functioning of Google Meet. Nevertheless, we have resolved such issues, and our support service team is always available to assist you.

If you're having trouble joining an old Google Meet video session or creating a new one, make sure you're signed in with a Google or Google Workspace account first; You can do this by visiting the Google website and clicking on the blue icon. With a button. If your account is a service, you may want to contact your manager to see if video calling is available for your organization.
Problem: The reference number was not provided for your appointment
Currently, meetings created by Google Workspace users will only have a phone number, allowing participants to call into the meeting from their phones. Also, while the United States supports the calling feature, not all countries in the world do. It's also worth noting that all Google Workspace users have access to the calling feature to make calls to the US and Canada (and a list of other supported countries if you have a Workspace account). (some countries) requires an additional subscription to Google Meet Global Dialing. If you have this subscription and want to call a country outside the United States and Canada, check if the country supports the calling feature.
Example: Knowledge users cannot be added from outside the domain
If you're using a Google Workspace for Education account, there's a special box the meeting creator must go to to accept or decline unlimited requests. As a result, if the meeting creator is not included in the call, users outside the domain will not be able to join the call and the Join Request page will crash. Until this issue is resolved, the best solution is to ensure that the meeting creator remains on the call until all participants with external email addresses have been contacted.
Problem: Your meeting is visible
If you can't add others to your meeting, you may have reached your subscription limit. Each member has up to 100 Google accounts and one G Suite Basic account. Basic training accounts are limited to 100 users, while G Suite Business, Business Standard and Essentials accounts can be up to 150 users. (Business Starter is still limited to 100.) For Business Plus and Enterprise customers, Google Meet can support up to 250 people. However, there are 150 people among Enterprise Essentials customers. Education Plus accounts include up to 250 applicants.
Problem: You can't access your camera or microphone
The first time you join a Google Meet conference, the system asks for permission to use the camera and microphone. If you have not unsubscribed, you can change your report by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Google Meet website, preferably using Google Chrome.
Step 2: Click the New Assembly button and start the assembly immediately from the menu that appears.
Step 3: Click the closed camera and microphone icon (the little camera with a red X) in Chrome's address bar.
