When can I call Cox Communications customer service?
There are different hours and phone numbers for each Cox Communications customer service:
Sales (including new services and devices): Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The department is closed on Sunday.
Account services, billing, technical support: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The call center is closed on Sundays.
Retention (cancellation): Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.,
Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Transfer Assistance Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-11pm, Saturday 9am-7pm, and Sunday 10am-6pm. All Transfer Assistance Call Center hours of operation are Eastern Time.
